EXCELLENT Based on 113 reviews Posted on Google Elizabeth DahlTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I joined Rockstar at the beginning of this year and it’s been the best decision! I had prior pole dancing experience but took years off, and I really missed pole dancing and the community it brings. Jenna and all the instructors are amazing. The studio overall is very SW friendly, which is important for a pole studio to know and respect the roots of modern pole dancing. The classes are all very supportive and inclusive, the teachers and students cheer each other on when you nail a new trick. I love fitness and pole is the perfect mix of a fun and challenging workout and creative expression. There are tons of beginner friendly classes and intermediate/advanced options. I love Rockstar and look forward to coming here every week!Posted on Google Katie BradleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Rockstar highly enough. I took advantage of the intro offer while traveling to CO, and I told someone “I really wish I could bring the whole studio back home with me”. Everyone was SO kind and welcoming; the instructors were all knowledgeable and beautiful at meeting everyone at their skill level. Despite being a complete beginner, they helped me build confidence and show myself that I was capable of more than I expected. I took all sorts of classes- I highly recommend taking advantage of the intro offer to try and see what feels best, but they were all fantastic. Wishing everyone here the best!!!Posted on Google Autum StevensTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm taking advantage of their 2 week unlimited intro offer. In my first week, so far I have taken three different classes and plan to do one more. All the classes are completely different from each other. But every instructor explains the move well, are encouraging and patient. Even to us newbies. Please don't think that you need to build yourself up to try it. I haven't done much activity before this, and yeah my body is screaming, all the instructors meet you right where your at. Not to mention Jenna, the owner, reached out to me to answer any questions I had before I was willing to sign up for anything. And also Ash, who took the time and was kind to answer all my questions. This is a great little gem if your looking for a way to spice up or even get you going into a fitness routine. And the staff/ instructors are the bestPosted on Google RebeccaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Safe to say I am obsessed with this studio! The vibes are immaculate, the instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming and it’s an honor to learn from them. Very happy I am adding in these classes to my movement practice!Posted on Google Jamie DyerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a fun and welcoming place!Posted on Google Stephanie MatalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jenna and her team are amazing! I just started dancing a few weeks ago and they have made the whole process so smooth and fun! I felt so welcomed and included on my very first day and still feel that way every other day I attend. The instructors are so talented and so kind, along with all the other girls. If you’re looking for a community where you can feel confident, sexy and empowered, or just looking to get your body moving in ways you haven’t moved it before, then I would highly recommend this place!Posted on Google Mira KrishnaswamyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rockstar and the staff here is the absolute best pole gym in Denver. I’ve tried a lot of different places and been looking for a place like this! So so so body positive, lots of different body types, learning levels, types of classes. All the teachers are so kind, and break down movements depending on your needs/ level. This is the first studio I’ve found where all the girlies attending are insanely kind, friendly and not cliquey. I can’t rave enough about this place and about how great the owner Jenna is. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Want to do something different?
Come celebrate a bachelorette or
birthday party at Rockstar.
Rockstar is the perfect place to get the party started! You will start with a sexy warmup, then you will learn some sexy moves on and off the pole. Some basic spins and positions on the pole all in a supportive fun environment!
You should wear shorts and a tank top. You need to have a lot of skin exposed, as you need to grip to the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole. Heels are optional. For non-pole classes you can wear workout/yoga attire. Please bring a yoga mat, all of our classes start out with a warm-up. If you do not have a yoga mat you can rent one for $1. Also water/water bottle. We have filtered water available.
Classes fill up quickly at Rockstar, so we highly recommend signing up in advance. You can always drop-in, but are not guaranteed a spot if the class is full.
It is not a problem. By coming you will start to slowly build strength, our classes are designed to progressively teach you how to build strength and dance technique.
We have a Rockstar Pole checklist that can be marked off by an instructor. Once you feel comfortable with all the moves in Pole Level 1, you have an instructor mark it off so you can move up to Pole Level 2 (and so on)! We encourage you to re-visit lower levels as often as you can to review and improve your overall pole technique.
Most of the pole classes are setup so that you will be sharing a pole with one other student. This gives you break and also helps with the learning process as well. You should NOT wear ANY lotion on your hands or legs the day of POLE CLASSES, this will make you slide off the pole. Also leave your jewelry at home. It can cause damage to the poles. ALL fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome. We pride ourselves in being body-positive. Trying a pole class for the first time we know can be a little intimidating but our team is here to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. We promise it will be fun and a great workout!
