EXCELLENT Based on 103 reviews Posted on Aveena AxelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ashley was AMAZING! I took two classes with her both flexy fit and Lyra. She’s funny, down to earth, and so easy to learn from! The movements she taught were so helpful, and I truly benefited from her classes! After having such great experiences I decided to come in for a class with Rebecca (pole level one) and had an entirely different experience. I watched her interact rudely with a girl who was late, telling her to do 25 burpees since she missed the warm up, and when the girl asked her “are you serious or joking?” Rebeca’s rudely scoffs and says “of course I’m serious, i don’t have the for this, I’m not going to do this with you right now” and just overall very weird/bad vibes. Definitely full of herself and thinks she’s so far above other people she can treat them poorly, sad to see, I was really starting to love this studio ! I know who’s class to avoid moving forward.Posted on Andelisia HenryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. By far the best pole studio I have ever been to. The owner is so supportive and welcoming and all of the instructors are patient and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone interested in Pole or LyraPosted on Elizabeth EllisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There's a variety of classes offered- pole flow/choreo, tricks, lyra, hammock, flexibility, and strength classes. The pole studio is spacious and I don't feel like I'm getting in someone else's way when I dance. Every instructor has been friendly, encouraging, and will push you to become better/stronger in a fun, safe way. Even without going very frequently, I still feel a sense of community in class and you can tell that everyone there, both instructors & fellow students, wants you to succeed.Posted on Robin CopperTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had always wanted to try pole dancing but was intimidated. Jenna and her team of amazing instructors has made this experience so fun. I feel like I'm learning a lot and get good feedback and instruction on how to improve. I love goals and progression so this program is really great for me and it is fun! In addition to pole, there are lyra (hoop) classes, all sorts of strength and flexibility classes, even a handstand class, and lot of choreo/floor work classes (haven't done this yet but look forward to it)! There's all sorts of things to try and everyone is very nice. The prices are very reasonable considering all they offer and the quality of instruction.Posted on B. I affectionately call it the Barbie dream house pole studio.. beautiful studio with quality poles, giant mirrors, and a great floor! My experience so far at Rockstar Pole Fitness has been absolutely amazing. The whole team is so kind and patient, which made me so much more comfortable as a newcomer. The classes are so much fun that you barely notice how much exercise you’re actually doing! It really takes your fitness goals to a whole other level, it’s instantly addicting and rewarding. I am very much looking forward to continuing my growth at Rockstar Pole!
Want to do something different?
Come celebrate a bachelorette or
birthday party at Rockstar.
Rockstar is the perfect place to get the party started! You will start with a sexy warmup, then you will learn some sexy moves on and off the pole. Some basic spins and positions on the pole all in a supportive fun environment!
You should wear shorts and a tank top. You need to have a lot of skin exposed, as you need to grip to the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole. Heels are optional. For non-pole classes you can wear workout/yoga attire. Please bring a yoga mat, all of our classes start out with a warm-up. If you do not have a yoga mat you can rent one for $1. Also water/water bottle. We have filtered water available.
Classes fill up quickly at Rockstar, so we highly recommend signing up in advance. You can always drop-in, but are not guaranteed a spot if the class is full.
It is not a problem. By coming you will start to slowly build strength, our classes are designed to progressively teach you how to build strength and dance technique.
We have a Rockstar Pole checklist that can be marked off by an instructor. Once you feel comfortable with all the moves in Pole Level 1, you have an instructor mark it off so you can move up to Pole Level 2 (and so on)! We encourage you to re-visit lower levels as often as you can to review and improve your overall pole technique.
Most of the pole classes are setup so that you will be sharing a pole with one other student. This gives you break and also helps with the learning process as well. You should NOT wear ANY lotion on your hands or legs the day of POLE CLASSES, this will make you slide off the pole. Also leave your jewelry at home. It can cause damage to the poles. ALL fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome. We pride ourselves in being body-positive. Trying a pole class for the first time we know can be a little intimidating but our team is here to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. We promise it will be fun and a great workout!
