Cancellation Policy

Due to our class size limits and in order to be fair to your fellow students, we kindly ask that you cancel/reschedule a class at least 4 HOURS PRIOR to start time in order to keep the credit for your class if you are unable to attend. If you do not cancel within this period or if you are a no-show to the class, you will lose the class, as if you had attended (drop ins will lose the drop in purchased, punch card holders will lose the punch,etc.). Unlimited package holders and all monthly members will be charged a $10 fee to their credit card on file per class missed. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

Late Policy and Wait lists

We kindly ask that you call the studio if you’re running late, if you’re more than 10 minutes late to class you will not be allowed to attend, thank you for understanding.

Our classes are popular and can fill up but we do have a wait list available and spots tend to open up! Signing yourself up on the wait list is treated the same way as if you are signing up for a class. If you do get added in before the start of class, you will receive an email notification. If you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 4 hours before, otherwise the same late policy applies (see above). If the class is full and a spot does not open up, then you will not be considered enrolled in class and will not be charged a late fee if you don’t show. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

This is an adult-only dance studio: All students must be 18 or older.
Children and pets are not allowed in the studio.
All class purchases are final and may not be refunded, credited, or transferred.
Any injuries and medical conditions a student has that could affect his or her safety must be reported to the instructor before class; similarly, students must immediately report to the instructor any injuries incurred during class.
Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted in the studio. Students under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate in class.
Students will defer to the instructor in all matters during class.
Students must abide by level-prescribed dance moves. For example, no student should be inverting during a Level 1 class.
No student may spot another student.
We encourage you to dress in whatever makes you feel sexy and is appropriate for that class, that being said, No nudity allowed.
We ask that students be respectful when using cellphones in class. You should NOT be on your phone in class. (At the end of class or during freedance you can take videos /pictures). Similarly, we ask that students be respectful when posting photos or video to social media sites.

Above all, this studio is a safe and accepting place for the community of dancers it supports; any acts to the contrary will not be tolerated.

Unlimited Contract Terms/Conditions

Electronic signature is required on all 3 and 12-month contracts; must have a valid credit card on file and must agree to monthly automatic payments for memberships and any fees that may apply (i.e. no-show); if your card is declined, early termination fee is $200 which is automatically charged to the card on file; members are allowed to suspend their membership for up to 2 consecutive months once within the contract. If suspending contract it will add on 1 or 2 more months on to your contract (depending on how long you suspended it for) for the full 12 or 3 auto pays you signed up for. Please note that Rockstar Pole Fitness reserves the right to cancel classes for major holidays, special events, weather and other issues that are out of our control. All unlimited members are subject to late-cancel and no-show fees as follows:

Late-cancel/no show (cancel at least 4 hours in advance) resulting in deficiency to the business: $10.00. The 4 and 8 classes a month contract the classes to not rollover to the next month if they are not used in the previous month.
