This class might just change your life! This class is so beneficially for everyone! Recovery is an important part of training, as pole dancers and athletes it is important to take care of ourselves to prevent injury and build strength.
In this class, we will explore active recovery techniques including, but not limited to, breathing, mobility, play, and self myofascial release. We will work those kinks out with the use of balls, bands and other props. You will feel rejuvenated after this class!
